  Don Leggett Jr. is an expert business consultant and insurance agent from Lutz, FL.  Kelsey Leggett is a third generation insurance agent and Floridian from Lutz, FL. She is a proud University of Florida graduate with a background in sales and management.  Kelsey is a former Allstate agency owner and specializes in homeowners, flood and small business insurance. As a flood specialist, Kelsey has learned how to maneuver the NFIP and private markets to find the most comprehensive solution for your home and business. She also currently serves as the Executive Director of the International Hurricane Protection Industry.
